I can see clearly now…

Remember the fabulous wrist art by Mistura I found at the Black Swamp Arts Festival a few years back? It was a beautifully handcrafted wood watch with a yellow leather strap. If you want to see more, click here. Anyway, while sitting on the couch on this lazy afternoon and finding a reason to daydream about traveling, I somehow found these stunning wood-framed sunglasses that are handmade in Portland, Oregon. Whew, these Shwood specs are beautiful and are now on my wish list. Below are some of my favorites.

They even collaborated with Pendleton, a local fiber company on a design and carrying bag. See the video below to hear about their process.

Baby is sick. Vomiting all night and a few incidents of diarrhea. 😔 #briethelabrador Last night, I helped set up for Little Boo at the zoo and then ventured around Walbridge Park and found the marshes of the Maumee. The calmness and seclusion was a serene surprise. I tried driving river road as the sun was setting but had a terrible migraine. When I got home, I iced my head and booked a flight for London in the spring. What a random evening. Sometimes, if we let go of the reins, life happens. Wandering.
