motivation: just start.

As a cross country and track runner in high school, I can totally relate to this collage I found on pinterest. I was constantly pulling out quotes and ads from Runner’s World magazine. Remember this one that I found? It looks just like me.
Thankfully, I have some amazing running partners that have been helping me get back into it. Here’s to muddy trails and sore legs!

This old man can still keep up. #briethelabrador Baby is sick. Vomiting all night and a few incidents of diarrhea. 😔 #briethelabrador Last night, I helped set up for Little Boo at the zoo and then ventured around Walbridge Park and found the marshes of the Maumee. The calmness and seclusion was a serene surprise. I tried driving river road as the sun was setting but had a terrible migraine. When I got home, I iced my head and booked a flight for London in the spring. What a random evening. Sometimes, if we let go of the reins, life happens.
